To Wear Or Not to Wear - Choosing Clothing Doesn't Have to Be Complicated

You are set for your first job in the corporate world and you sure want to make a real good impression. One secret to leaving off a mark is confidence. This does not only apply with how you speak, how you work but also how you carry yourself. Most often than not, what you wear will speak for yourself. The Do's

Make yourself always presentable by wearing fitted blouse or silhouettes but not those tight ones. For skirts and pants, be sure that you wear something of conservative length and shapes.

If you are into sales or marketing then most of the time you will be dealing with your clients. You may not know it but your clients associate you with your company. So if you wear a clothing that is lousy then chances are they may not find your taste appealing and so credibility somehow disappears. How can you entice them to buy something for you or try out your product if you can't even wear proper clothing?

If you are not sure what to wear and if you are not confident about your taste then wear something black. Black is always a safe color. It has always been a classic and yet elegant clothing attire.

The Dont's

You are not working in a bar or some club so it is not proper to see you with those low-cut or see-through blouses. Sure you have got the body but it is not the perfect day to sack your booty-licious pants or mini-skirts unless you want to seduce your office mate or boss.

Another no-no is the visible bra straps. If you have no plastic bra straps then it is time to buy one or at least cover yourself with a jacket or a blazer.

You do not have to spend a lot just to be able to dress for success. You do not have to wear signature or branded clothes for you to get noticed. You can perfectly mix and match your wardrobe just as long as you follow the guides. The key to all of it is that you should be comfortable in whatever it is that you are wearing. No matter how pretty or expensive your clothes are but if you keep on fixing it then you are a total mess. Keep everything simple and clean from your head to foot and wear that confident smile when you walk around.
