Must-Have Men's Neckties

Whenever you go to any men's boutique and ask for ties, they will tell you that you can't own too many ties to entice you to purchasing a lot of them. It may be true to some extent but there will always be a point when you get bored with all the silk ties in your closet that you sometimes wish you had more varied and interesting ties in your collection. Men's fashion is not about looking good but diversity that is chosen with taste.
Here are a couple of new tie species that you can add to your necktie collection:
Wool Neckties
Winter seasons require stocky, heavier and more cold-friendly fashions like shearling coats and tweed suits. With your clothes going to the cold direction, your neckties should not be an exception. Wool ties are ideal complements to your heftier and heavier suit that you are sure to wear until spring.
The best thing about wool ties is that they have an innate texture and character that does not depend on its print or design. You can have a tri-color plaid or a solid one, but the sturdy and thickset quality of the wool tie will always set it apart. Its texture creates an illusion of curiosity in your outfit which extends your winter wardrobe.

Pin-Dot Neckties
Patterned neckties are slowly growing in popularity. A number of men's fashion magazines are endorsing more and more styles that include patterns mixed with other patterns. If you've had check and stripes before, you can try pin-dot ties to add a little twist to your boring outfit.

Dots have long been a mainstay in the fashion industry. The feminine population can get away with dots every once in a while which makes dot a fairly repeating trend. Still, wearing dots can sometimes make you look outmoded and cheap. To avoid the polka-dots trap, pin-dots are kept at a minimum. Each circle is printed to be very small and subtle to create a very visually appealing effect.
One thing about pin-dot ties is that you can wear it as much as you would your silk solid colored tie. You can wear it over a solid shirt or a stripe pattern to bring more life to your overall ensemble. You do not have to be loud to be tasteful.
Grenadine Neckties
When the two fashion elements-read: colors and patterns-fails, you always have texture to rescue you.
Typically a light jacquard-type weave, grenadine ties have been done to silk ties for as long as one can remember. Recent decades have put grenadine ties to the limelight thus making it popular among corporate dressers as well as casual ones. Whether you have a hundred or a million ties, if you have these three piece, your wardrobe will never be boring again.
