Men's Fashion Statements 101

Men are not supposed to care about fashion. Women are much more interested in perusing the magazine stand for the latest fashion trends and attending the runway shows in order to see what designers are up and coming. Just because women care much more about labels and creating the perfect ensemble does not mean that men do not. The name on their designer suit may not matter as much, but they do want to look good. Appearance is just as important in a man's world as it is in a woman's world. Guys know they need to look their best whether they are at work or out on a date, but they are just more clueless when it comes to dressing right. Here are some helpful suggestions so that you can make your fashion statement.

1) A hot pair of shades. Everyone will tell you that fashion is only 25% the clothing and 75% the attitude. The eyes are the most expressive part about you and that is where every one looks first. Throw on a pair of mirrored aviator sunglasses and walk into a room non-chalantly but with purpose, and everyone will be interested in who you are immediately. Nothing makes other people more curious about someone they do not know then a pair of mirrored shades. You will make a statement right away!

2) Try to find a style in which you are most comfortable. Your best friend may like wearing pink collared shirts and looks good doing so, but if pink simply is not your color, do not feel pressured into buying one yourself. Fashion is an investment and you want to make sure you spend your hard-earned money on items that you will wear for years to come. As long as you feel comfortable in it, you will be able to wear it well.

3) Find the correct size for you. If you are someone who has had a recent change in weight, your clothing may no longer fit you in the way that it should. Whether your items are too baggy or too tight, you will feel uncomfortable. Go to a tailor to get measured so that you can shop with confidence!

Remember that attitude is a huge part of how you look and feel. If you are wearing items that fit you and you actually like, then you are already ahead in the game. Throw on a pair of hot mens sunglasses and you are looking good!
